“We’ll go and ask him,” Diamond told Ruby. “Stay there.”

Diamond and Petal dashed over to the tiny figure of Twinkle, surrounded by the fluffy blue Sky and the golden shiny Star.

“Are you sure you can’t say you’re sorry?” Sky was asking Twinkle.

“No!” Twinkle squeaked. “I don’t see why I should apologize first!”

So that’s it then, thought Petal. She hung her head and blinked as she tried to stop her tears from falling. Their plan had been a disaster, and now it looked as if it might ruin their friendships forever. She was starting to think she should never have invited everyone to a Lucky Bunny burrow party. So far it hadn’t been very lucky at all!
